However, if the differential speed is too large, the greater the relative activity between the drum and the spiral, the more disturbing the liquid ring layer will be. The separated sludge in the solid ring layer will be transferred from the new pan to the liquid ring layer. With the flow of liquid (supernatant cloudy). If the supernatant contains a large amount of solids, indicating that the dry solids load on the differential centrifuging meter is relatively large, and therefore in response to the increase in differential speed, after the differential increases, the reduction in sludge concentration during centrifugation will be dehydrated. The dry sludge sludge was quickly introduced from the centrifuge, so that it did not return to the liquid phase. This would add dry sludge production and would reduce the solids content of the supernatant.
